1- Project Manager needed position with the below requirements:
· PMP Certified
· 2-3 Years of experience in project management
· Experience in Handling multiple projects in different locations
· Knowledge of using project management software like (Zoho projects, MS projects..etc)
· Leadership & communication skills
· Excellent English Language
· Located in Amman
· Bachelor's degree as a minimum educational background
2- highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team in the Bid Management department. The position is (Sr. Bid Management Officer).
Responsibilities:
1. Bid Preparation: Collaborate with the bid management team to prepare and submit bids, proposals, and tender documents to prospective clients. This includes conducting market research, analyzing client requirements, and gathering relevant information to craft compelling bids.
2. Document Management: Maintain an organized repository of bid-related documents, including templates, pricing information, and contractual agreements.
3. Proposal Development: Assist in the development of persuasive and coherent proposals that align with client objectives and showcase our company's capabilities. This involves coordinating inputs from various stakeholders, proofreading and editing content, and formatting documents to enhance readability and visual appeal.
4. Bid Tracking and Reporting: Track bid activities, milestones, and deadlines. Provide regular updates to the bid management team regarding the status of ongoing bids, highlighting key wins, losses, or potential risks.
5. Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, and subject matter experts, to gather relevant information and ensure smooth bid execution.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in bid management, sales operations, or a similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and excellent proofreading abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and document management systems.
• Familiarity with bidding processes and an understanding of contract management principles.
